Ms Kalsoom Rani is an Optometrist at Northwest Clinic in Dubai.

She has a master’s degree in optometry and had a fellowship from the university of New South Wales (UNWS) Sydney Australia in Optometry.

She is having 12 years of experience in the field of optometry which includes international experience in a wide range of Optometric areas, including refraction, diagnostic instrument, low vision, and ocular health assessment.

Her other fields of interests are pediatric eye care as well as education, research, and training. Ms Kalsoom served as a mentor and educator for optometry students at the University of Buraimi Oman.

In her career, she has practiced in a community setting, managing day-to-day optometry clinics, Diagnostic instruments, contact lens fitting and Low Vision.
